Tabulate is a great! I have a random question that I was wondering if you could help me with. I'm not sure how to properly research it so I thought I'd start with you. If I market my own iPhone web app, is it legal for me to use the term/image iPhone. Are there any guidelines for the trademark use? I'm sure you avoid any legal issues with a free app but if you were to sell the app, how would you make sure that you won't get sued?
Thanks!

Thanks a lot for keeping up with tabulate. I've found it really useful. The only problem I have is that the iPhone web install like doesn't work anymore.
I wrote a new one and you can find it here: http://dpatrickcaldwell.blogspot.com/2009/03/opening-link-in-window-in-safari-for.html
Please look at it and make sure I didn't infringe on any of your TOS.

I found another way of adding it to my iPhone. First I bookmarked any old website on the phone and named it “Tabulate”. Then I went on the Tabulate iPhone test page on my PC and copied the bookmarklet contents, sent it to the phone (I used PasteFire but you could also email it to yourself), copied the contents, and replaced the address in the bookmark.
This means you don’t have to use the slower Windows-compatible link…I think.
Also, when I flag more than one link to read later (in the same window) I find that tapping on the orange box only takes me to one link and seems to erase the others. Am I doing something wrong?
